X35 X35

X35
€449.00

The threedeecameragear X35 is a new panoramic 35mm film camera, designed as a more affordable alternative to cameras like the Hasselblad XPAN and its Fujifilm counterpart. It offers the same panoramic format but at a significantly lower cost, making it more accessible to photographers interested in wide-format film photography.

The X35 features semi-automatic film advance, meaning the film advances at the press of a button. It also includes a built-in display that shows the frame count, battery percentage, and a reading from its laser-based distance measurer—a feature not seen before in a film camera. The laser can measure distances of up to 15 meters, though in extremely bright conditions, its range is reduced to around 10-13 meters. During testing, this proved sufficient for typical shooting scenarios.

Unlike many of my previous cameras that use 120 film, the X35 is built for 35mm film, producing up to 16-18 panoramic frames per roll. The threedeecameragear X35 uses Mamiya Press lenses, offering a range of focal lengths depending on the lens used.

The threedeecameragear X35 is designed to provide an alternative for those who want to shoot panoramic images on 35mm film without the high costs associated with other options. It keeps the process straightforward while incorporating useful modern features to enhance usability.

Neither the lens nor the viewfinder is included in the price.

The shipping time takes around 4-6 weeks depending on your location. In case of high number of orders it might take more time.

617 Pro
€349.00

The best Price-Value 6x17 camera in the world.

The 617 Pro is a panoramic medium format camera for 120 film, which takes 4 oversized (60 mm x 170 mm) photos per roll. Unlike the F617 the 617 Pro is a much more robust design with a helical focuser. The 617 Pro also comes with a comfortable grip that can accommodate a shutter release cable which is necessary for long exposures. It has a new winding mechanism similar to a 35mm camera’s film advancer. The 617 Pro also has an in-built viewfinder, however, only for 150mm lenses. On the top of the camera, there are 3 coldshoes to make sure that levelers, accessory viewfinders, and phones can be mounted.

Why do we stand out?

At threedeecameragear, we don’t just build cameras that work — we build cameras you’ll want to hold, display, and shoot with.
While we spend a lot of time perfecting the mechanics and reliability (especially with models like the X35), design plays just as big of a role.

Every camera is carefully shaped to capture the charm of vintage film gear while keeping a clean, modern feel. The result? Cameras that not only perform exceptionally well but also look and feel truly special.

Client Reviews

“I like this camera a lot. I like the lightweight design and simplicity as a camera. It has the potential to be a great walking-around medium-format camera similar to a Texas Leica. It is pretty simple to print so I would expect that it should pretty well on any modern printer. I printed mine in black PETG and the film nobs in medium-dark grey. I look forward to using this camera in the field. I looked forward to what this designer comes up with in the future for other camera designs.”

“Amazing build quality and the creator has been incredibly helpful with questions. Easy to operate, all moving parts feel great. Would highly recommend this camera for anyone with an interest in 6x9.”

— Anthony S

“Great camera! Super simple operation, easy to wind film back and forth and everything feels nice and sturdy. I got the Mamiya press model and got some nice crystal clear shots already. Works great with an external viewfinder and I feel like I was able to get very accurate framing. I got the lens extra snug with a little strip of light seal foam on the inside of the bayonet, but overall pretty balanced with the shape of the bottom of lens cone allowing the camera to sit nice and flat. I also like that you can use the two knobs to get your film nice and tight for each shot. Zone focusing is a breeze with the 65mm Mamiya Press lens, I’ve been able to get nice crispy landscape shots with the foreground in focus at F11, which I read is the sharpest aperture for these lenses.”
